customer groups. Using the Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Framework,
users can set customizable range values for RFM and conduct in-depth
customer segmentation to analyze sales trends. This Odoo app allows
users to generate RFM reports for specific customers within any desired
date range, providing valuable insights into customer behavior.
Additionally, users can access RFM history for accurate surveys and
visualize this data through dynamic options such as Pivot Tables, Pie
Charts, Bar Charts, Line Charts, Cumulative displays, as well as
Ascending and Descending graphs in the Graph view.

Features
1) Set RFM Range Values
User can set range values for recency, frequency and monetary.
2) Set Customer Segmentation
User can set customer segmentation with segment, define ranking parameters and description.
3) Generate RFM Analysis Report Between Date Range
User can generate RFM analysis report between start and end date.
4) Generate RFM Analysis Report for Specific Customers
User can generate RFM analysis report for specific customers and all customers.
5) Generate RFM History
User can generate RFM history for better analyze.
6) RFM History in Graph View
User can see RFM history in Pivot Table ,Pie Chart, Bar Chart, Line Chart, Cumulative, descending, ascending in Graph view.
RFM Analysis Menu
Goto Sales -> Reporting -> RFM Analysis menu, When user click on 'RFM Analysis' menu one wizard will be open.

In RFM analysis wizard, User can set start date and end date for analysis.
If user want to analysis selected customers only then select customers and click on 'VIEW ANALYSIS' button.

User can see RFM analysis for selected customers only.

RFM History
Goto Sales -> Reporting -> RFM History menu, User can see RFM history with group by customer according to segment.
