1) Extra Payment Charges on Customer Invoice
Users can now add extra charges on payment for customer invoice.
2) Extra Payment Charges on Vendor Bills
Users can now add extra charges on payment for vendor bills.
3) Extra Charges Bare With Company
User can pick the journal and account for charges, as well as the credit line appended to the journal entry for payment.
4) Extra Charges Bare With Customer/Vendor
The user can pick the journal and account for charges, as well as the debit line appended to the journal entry for payment.
Extra Payment Charges on Customer Invoice
Bare With Company
Configuration
User need to enable "Extra Payment Charges on Customer Invoice" option to add extra payment on customer invoice and select "Journal", and "Extra Charge Account", also select "Bare With Company" option.
Customer Invoice
User can see created customer invoice.
Add Extra Charges Amount
On "Register Payment" wizard user can add "Extra Charges Amount" with payment.
User can see invoice is paid now.
Payment With Extra Charges
User can see create payment with added extra charges.
Journal Entry with Extra Charges
User can see created journal entry with credit entry for payment with extra charges as per selected option.
Bare With Customer
Configuration
User need to select "Bare With Customer" option.
Customer Invoice
User can see created customer invoice.
Add Extra Charges Amount
On "Register Payment" wizard user can add "Extra Charges Amount" with payment.
Payment With Extra Charges
User can see create payment with added extra charges.
Journal Entry with Extra Charges
User can see created journal entry with debit entry for payment with extra charges as per selected option.
